REMOTE TRAINING
FROM $65 A WEEK! Breakdowns and Strength, Armcare programs (assessments) It includes: Warm ups/cool downs arm care, throwing program, conditioning exercises, strengthening program and access to share folder of information too. You will have a day to day of what to do and feedback on the drills or lifts then a wellness check at the end of each week. A zoom meeting every two weeks to discuss training guidance, potential changes and feedback The program will be given weekly and paid weekly too. So based off your assessment and how you are tracking is how we will progress your program.
Tailor Made Program
Once off $299.95 Breakdowns and Strength, Armcare programs (assessments) Clients will get a full assessment and analysis of Pitching Mechanics, Spin Rate, Arm Strength and Mobility, Body ROM, Athletic Ability and Command tracking. With this Information clients with receive a full strength and conditioning program, armcare program and suggested throwing drills for their programs.
